Course contents

Teaching time is approximately 5 hours per day.

Lessons with Ludovic Tézier and his assistant Cassandre Berthon cover the basics of vocal technique as well as the finer points of interpretation. The lessons are complemented by coaching from Thomas Voigt with content such as:

- Choice of suitable repertoire- Preparation and presentation for auditions
- Work on diction and interpretation: How to tell a story
- Learning by listening: “You also sing with your ears”

For the first time, there will also be joint and individual listening & discussing of important vocal recordings.

Participants are asked to be present and participate in all classes. There will be no timetable or schedule. The order of the participants will be decided ad hoc by the professors. All masterclasses are open to the public.

The teaching languages are French, English and German.
